Responsibilities

Handling venture capital/private equity transactions in India.

Structuring deals, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Supporting cross-border work involving startups and investor-side representation.

Requirements

3-4 years of post-qualification experience in VC/PE work in India.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Exposure to cross-border transactions is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience in drafting and structuring agreements.
