Aquis Search has been mandated to identify an experienced “Group Head of Litigation” to lead the litigation function for a fast-growing group in Mumbai. This is a unique opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation across real estate, corporate, and criminal law, while working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Advise on litigation across the group level

Handle diverse disputes: real estate, corporate, project-related, and criminal litigation.

Work directly with senior stakeholders on critical and high-pressure matters.

Requirements:

15-17 PQE litigator with strong courtroom experience in Mumbai.

Civil litigation expertise (real estate experience is a plus), criminal law is desirable.

High integrity, hands-on, and creative problem-solver.

Marathi-speaking preferred for seamless coordination.
